Two Monsters Return The BBC Have confirmed that the Cybermen and Silurians return in Episode 7 of Doctor Who Series 6 a week on Saturday.
The mid-series final begins on Saturday at 6:45 in The Almost People.

Episode 1 of Series Six aired yesterday and according to the BBC the episode brought in a max of 6.5 million viewers. The episode had a percent of 36.7%
This makes The Impossible Astronaut the least watched series opener since 2005, Rose being the most watched followed by The Eleventh Hour in second.

BREAKING NEWS - THE TITLE OF EPISODE 7 HAS BEEN REVEALED
The Episode is called A Good Man Goes To War. It was confirmed by BBC Reporter Lizo Mzimba. Before this Lizo revealed that Matt Smith would like to stay on until at-least Series Seven and that he hopes there are a 50th anniversary in 2013.

BBC Have announced the official air dates for Doctor Who in the UK and in America.
UK: UK Readers, the series will air Episode 1 on BBC One (Nationwide) on Saturday April 23rd around 6pm-7pm and also a new rumor that Episode 2 will be broadcast on Sunday April 24th. Followed by a six week run of the series. Then the series returns in September 2011.
USA: US Readers, the new series will air at 9pm on BBC America on April 23rd 2011. No rumor that it will broadcast Episode 2 the next day have come ... Continue reading ...

It has been announced that James Corden is returning to Doctor Who in Episode 12 of Series Six, which is set to be aired in the autumn. James starred in Episode 11 'The Lodger' last year as Craig. According to sources the filming is to start as early as next week!

Christmas Special: A Christmas Carol by Steven Moffat
Amy and Rory are on their honeymoon during the episode, and run into trouble when the pleasure cruise spaceship they’re travelling on finds itself under attack from “something very nasty”. The spaceship is orbiting an alien planet, which is where the Doctor is for a considerate part of the story. This therefore causes Amy and Rory to be separated from the Time Lord for the majority of the episode.

Today BBC America announced on their Twitter that Doctor Who will film in Utah for the Two - Parter that starts off Doctor Who Series Six. Matt Smith will return as The Doctor with companions Amy Pond and Rory Williams played by Karen Gillan and Arthur Davrill. Also Alex Kingston will be back as the mysterious River Song.
